I usually make a double batch of cookies and don't want to cook them all since they'll easily disappear from the counter and easily reappear as extra inches on my body. I really enjoy having dough on hand to throw in the oven for a quick after school surprise when the kids come home, an after dinner sweet, or treat for a friend.
Once you've made your preferred amount, roll the rest of the dough in balls and freeze on a cookie sheet. You can then put the frozen balls in a zip lock for easy use when the next craving strikes.
If you ask me, one of the best things about connecting with people is learning that there are other ways, better ways to do things.More often than not I walk away from being around other people and feel inspired by something that was shared. So I created this blog in the hopes that women from all branches of life can connect and share handy tips, trusty advice, and savvy insights that have proven to brighten and simplify their life. My problem with this one is that I find the frozen dough even more tempting than the cookies!
